An ongoing project to build a series of custom made track libraries for Ultimate Racer, allowing you to plan a massive range of scratch built slot tracks, anything from a single lane rally track up to an eight lane commercial raceway.

The complete set of track libraries are now included in the new Ultimate Racer release (3.0.30r3)

This includes six different scales, over 3,000 track pieces (not including borders) and a comprehensive user guide.

Scales

• 1/43 comparable to Carrera Go, SCX Compact, lane width 6cm, 2.36"
• 1/32 comparable to Scalextric, lane width 8cm, 3.15"

OLDER VERSIONS

For those of you with older versions of Ultimate Racer, we'll be leaving the libraries below. Download and unzip to your UR Library folder, Program Files > Racer30 > Library.

Please be aware that these are not compatible with the libraries which are now part of the official UR download.

Downloading

The easiest way to get the libraries is to download the SXR track pack.

However, please bear in mind that it includes a lot of individual track systems as you can see below. Unless you want to design every availble configuration of track, you might find it simpler to just download the individual track systems you need.

For instance, if you want to design a three lane, 1/32 scale track, with consistent lane spacing, then you only need the "Three lane 1/32" track system from the table below.

Primary libraries

If you want to vary the lane spacing around your track you'll need to use the 'adapter' tracks below.

For instance, you might want a 1/24 scale track with a squeeze at one corner, where the lane spacing contracts from 10cm down to 8cm. For this you would need three track systems, "1/24", "1/32", and "1/32 to 1/24 adapter".
